Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Bixsourcing mobile application (the “App”), operated by Thanh Dao PTY LTD (ABN 50 622 303 539). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

The App is intended for business users aged 16 or older. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and your organisation’s policies.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable Use

Do not use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
Do not misrepresent your identity, company, products, or demands.
Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.

4. Matching & Counterparties

Bixsourcing provides AI-assisted matching and tools to connect buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction between users. You are solely responsible for verifying counterparties and for any agreements, payments, or shipments you enter into.

5. Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit (e.g. products, demands, messages). You grant us a limited licence to process and display it as needed to operate the service.

6. Service Availability

We strive to keep the App available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features may change, and demonstration data may be present during early releases.

7. Disclaimer & Liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thanh Dao PTY LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or any transaction with another user.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time (More → Hồ sơ → Delete account). We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
