Bixsourcing (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a B2B sourcing & matching platform operated by Thanh Dao PTY LTD (ABN 50 622 303 539). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Bixsourcing mobile application (the “App”).

1. Information We Collect

Account information — email address and authentication identifiers when you sign up with email/password, Sign in with Apple, or Google.
Profile & business data — company name, country, industry, role (seller/buyer), and matching preferences you provide.
Activity data — saved matches, deal-room messages, and shipments you create within the App.
Technical data — device and diagnostic information required to operate and secure the service.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

2. How We Use Your Information

To authenticate you and provide core features (matching, sourcing, negotiation, logistics, finance, and business tools).
To personalise results based on your role and preferences.
To maintain security, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Sign in with Apple & Google

When you use Sign in with Apple or Google, we receive a verified identifier and (where you permit) your email. We use this solely to create and secure your account. Apple’s “Hide My Email” relay address is supported.

4. Service Providers

We use Google Firebase (Authentication) and Google Cloud Firestore (data storage), hosted in the Asia-Southeast region, to operate the App. These providers process data on our behalf under their respective security and privacy commitments.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we permanently remove your personal data and associated records (see Section 6).

6. Account Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time, directly in the App: More → Hồ sơ (Profile) → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, saved matches, deal messages, and authentication record. You may also email admin@bixsourcing.com to request deletion.

7. Security

All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Access to backend data requires a verified authentication token. We apply least-privilege access controls on stored data.

8. Children

The App is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new “Last updated” date.
